Leading the boys 14-15 division was newcomer Bill Shih from Port Saint Lucie, FL. Shih put up scores of 85 and 80 along with two birdies. He was able to secure the first place win with a total of 165 strokes. The runner up honors went to Inigo Friend from Key Biscayne, FL. He brought in scores of 86 in round 1 and 82 in round 2 totaling 168 strokes. This was Friends sixth HJGT tournament of the year and his second Top 3 finish. In a tie for the top three honors was Colin Gelnaw from Tequesta, FL and Justin Laing from Coral Springs, FL. Both players were able to bring in impressive scores of 170 strokes.

In the boys 14-15 division, Ravi Khanna from Fairfield, CT was our first place finisher. With a round 1 score of 76 and 71 in round 2 along with six birdies on the weekend, he totaled 147 strokes. This was Khanna’s lowest tournament score and his first win of the year. The runner up honors went to Griffin Lawlor from Norwalk, CT. His scores of 75 and 74 gave him a total of 149 strokes for the weekend, also bringing in his lowest HJGT tournament score of the year. With a total of 157 strokes, Kaiden Capurso from Bayport, NY finishes up the top three honors. Capurso is currently ranked within the Top 30 of the HJGT point rankings.

In the boys 14-15 division, Oscar Frye from Brownsburg, IN was the first place champion. He brought in scores of 75 in round 1 and 77 in round 2 for a total of 152 strokes. This was his lowest score of the year and his third win. Corbin O’Hara from Granger, IN takes home the runner up honors. With one birdie, his scores of 83 and 89 gave him a weekend total of 189 strokes.

In the boys 14-15 division, Ricardo Fu from Hong Kong, China placed first. This was Fu’s first HJGT tournament and he did an outstanding job on the course. With five birdies, he brought in scores of 70 in round 1 and 75 in round 2. He finished the tournament with a total of 145 strokes. Ricardo will particpate next at the Toftrees Junior Open in the beginning of July. The runner up honors went to David Nissen from Lower Gwynedd, PA. His scores of 81 and 77 gave him a total of 158 strokes, arguably one of his best HJGT tournament scores since joining in 2022. Finishing up top three honors, Ethan Gallagher from Basking Ridge, NJ brought in a total of 166 strokes for the tournament.
