Longtime HJGT player and first place HJGT points holder, Luke Friend from Acworth, GA was our first place winner in the boys 14-15 division. Since joining HJGT in 2020 Luke has played in over 20 tournaments with more than half of them being a Top 10 finish. This weekend he secured the win with an even 144 strokes. Newcomer Aiden Zimmerman from Newnan, GA took home the runner up honors. With seven birdies on the weekend, he brought in scores of 79 and 75 totaling 154 strokes. Bo Cary from Atlanta, GA finishes up the top three honors with a total of 160 strokes.

In the boys 14-15 division, Cameron Stafford from Medina, OH was our first place finisher this past weekend. Stafford is a newcomer to the HJGT, this was his second tournament and his second win. His scores of 88 and 79 gave him a weekend total of 167. With a total score of 172 strokes, Nathan Chege took home runner up honors. Chege, from Olmsted Falls, OH joined the HJGT this year and this was his 3rd Top 2 finish. He is currently within the Top 15 in HJGT point rankings. Finishing up top three honors, in his first HJGT tournament of the year was Luke Voinovich from Hudson, OH. Luke put up scores of 95 and 93 totaling 188 strokes.

First place in the boys 14-15 division went to Logan Carroll from Saint John, IN. This was Carroll’s first tournament with HJGT and his first win. With scores of 80 and 87, his total for the weekend was 167 strokes. The runner up honors went to Grant Sherrick from Bettendorf, IA. He put up scores of 84 in round 1 and 86 in round 2 totaling 170 strokes for the weekend. Finishing up top three honors, Corbin O’Hara from Granger, IN brought in a total of 175 for the weekend.

First place in the boys 14-15 division went to Cole Packingham from Lake Saint Louis, MO. Packingham brought in a round 1 score of 72 and 79 in round 2 along with four birdies. His total for the tournament was 151 strokes. Cole has played in seven HJGT tournaments, this was his first win since joining in 2022. With a total score of 161 strokes, Mukt Patel places as our runner up honors. Patel, from St. Louis, MO just joined the HJGT in May, this was his second tournament. He is currently within the Top 100 of HJGT point rankings.
