Jacob Harnden from Grafton, Canada finished the tournament in first place in the boys 16-18 division. Harnden brought in an impressive scorecard for the weekend. This follows an outstanding second place finish at the Central Ohio Junior Open with a scorecard of 155 strokes. Tied for the runner up honors on the weekend was Matthew Contipelli from Solon, OH and Zachary Huscusson from Clinton, OH. Contipelli brought in one eagle, four birdies and scores of 73 and 76, while Huscusson had five birdies and sores of 75 and 74. Both players finished the weekend with a score of 149 strokes.

In round 1 he scored a 73 and a 74 in round 2 totaling 147 strokes, giving him his best score so far this year. Robert Zyskowski III finishes up the top three honors. His scores of 76 and 72 gave him a final score of 148 strokes.

In the boys 16-18 division, Blaine Sullivan from Olathe, KS placed first. This was his second event of the year and his first win. With seven birdies on the weekend, he had scores of 74 for both days. Sullivan finished the tournament with a total of 148 strokes to take the champion title. Parker Boggins from Olathe, KY took home the runner up honors on the weekend. Boggins had scores of 78 in round 1 and 74 in round 2 totaling 152 strokes. This was Parker’s first event of the year and will play next in August at the Kansas City Junior Open at Shoal Creek. Asher Rust from Walnut Grove, MN finishes up in the top three honors with a scorecard of 153 strokes.
