In the boys 16-18 division, Henry Stammen from Dublin, OH finished the weekend as our champion. Stammen brought in scores of 78 for round 1, 76 for round 2 and 78 for round 3, along with seven birdies, he ended the weekend with 232 strokes. This was his 7th HJGT tournament of the year and his first win. With a final score of 233, Braden Schnaible took home the runner up honors for the weekend. Schnaible, from Savannah, GA has been playing with HJGT since 2020 and has almost 20 tournaments under his belt. Currently he is within the top 50 players on the HJGT point rankings. Finishing up top three honors was Reis Claybrooke from Mahomet, IL. Claybrooke is an up-and-coming player on tour and finished the weekend with 236 strokes.

Newcomer to HJGT, Tianyou Wei from Lake Mary, FL led the boys 16-18 division. Wei played a great game this weekend and brought in an impressive scorecard. With nine birdies on the weekend, he scored a 65 for round 1 and 73 for round 2. Tianyou finished in first place with 138 strokes for the weekend. Taking home runner up honors from Wales, WI was Cole Ropicky. With two scores of 73 and seven birdies, Ropicky finished off the weekend with 146 strokes. With a score of 151, Sean Majewski from Longwood, FL places in the top three honors.

In the boys 16-18 division, Ryan Keyes from Wellesley, MA placed first after securing a playoff win against Jake Portugal. Keyes finished the weekend with a score of 77 for round 1 and 70 for round 2, ending the weekend with 147 strokes. This is Keyes’ first win since joining the HJGT in 2021 and his 9th top 10 win. Jake Portugal from Ridgefield, CT placed as our runner up honors. Bringing in scores of 74 and 73 his weekend total was 147 strokes. Portugal has been playing in HJGT tournaments since 2019 and this is his 22nd top 10 win. Finishing up top three honors was Druv Campanella from Needham, MA with a score of 150 strokes.

Broadaway has played with HJGT since 2021 and has placed in the top 5 in all but one of his tournaments. He secured his best score this weekend and placed first with a total of 150 strokes. Blake is currently in the top 10 for HJGT point rankings. Taking runner up honors was Oliver Craig from Sugar Hill, GA. With seven birdies, Craig put up scores of 80 and 74 totaling 154 strokes. Tied for top three honors, Ronak Lalaji from Atlanta, GA and James Perry from Lawerenceville, GA both brought in a total score of 155 for the weekend.
