To finish off a great tournament, long time HJGT player Gina Milazzo from Greenwood Lake, NY finished as our champion. Milazzo has been playing with the HJGT since 2018 with 19 Top 3 finishes under her belt. This week, she secured her first win of the year with scores of 85 and 80, giving her a final score of 165. Evie Denton from Rome, NY took home the runner up honors. Evie scored an 85 in round 1 and a 90 in round 2 for a combined score of 175 strokes. Isabella Borte from North Syracuse, NY and Bethany Wineburg from Homer, NY tied for the top three honors. Both players brought in an impressive score of 189.

Longtime HJGT player and frequent first place finisher Mya Morgan from Elizabeth, PA took home the win for the girls 14-18 division. With a final score of 153 along with five birdies, she received her second win of the year and her 10th win overall. The runner up honors went to Diya Brar from Seattle, WA. Brar had one eagle and four birdies along with scores of 73 and 81 for a total of 154 strokes. Caroline Zeiger from New Albany, OH brought in her lowest score so far this year to place in the top three honors. She had a round 1 score of 81 and 75 for round 2 totaling 156 strokes.

With three birdies on the weekend, she had scores of 74 and 81 totaling 155 strokes. The runner up honors went to Alexis Blanchette from Davidson, NC. This was her third event of the year and she brought in her lowest score. With five birdies on the weekend, she had a round 1 score of 85 and an 81 in round 2. Blanchette finished the weekend with a score of 166 strokes. She is currently within the Top 50 of HJGT point rankings.

First place in the girls 14-19 division went to Abigayle Buchanan from Richmond, KY. This was Buchanan’s second tournament of the year with HJGT and her first win. Her scores of 81 and 74 gave her a total score of 155 strokes. Kelsey Milburn from Prosper, TX brought in scores of 80 and 83 and McKenna Williams from Canton, NC brought in scores of 77 and 86. Both players tied for the runner up honors with a final score of 163 strokes.
