Sacramento Jr. Shootout Recap - March 5-6

Sacramento Jr. Shootout at Haggin Oaks

March 5-6, 2016

On Thurs., March 3, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour traveled to Sacramento, Calif., to host the Sacramento Junior Shootout at the Mackenzie course at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex. With rainy weather in the forecast, the kids were ready to brave the conditions in what was the tour’s first event in the Sacramento area. Saturday’s weather was cold, rainy, and windy which made for a rough start to the tournament. The weather Sunday had the same, but less intense mixture making for some challenging golf. The HJGT would like to thank the Haggin Oaks staff for aiding the HJGT in hosting a terrific event.
