In the boys 14-15 division, Carson Kittsley from Pittsburg, PA finished in first place. This was Kittsley’s second HJGT tournament of the year, last month he placed first at the Pittsburg Junior Open. This past weekend he brought in scores of 73 for round 1 and 74 for round 2 along with eight birdies totaling 147 strokes. Currently he is within the Top 50 of HJGT point rankings. Tied for the runner up honors was Colby Komancheck from Royersford, PA and Max Mottura from Vandergrfit, PA. Komancheck put up scores of 72 and 76 while Mottura scored a 78 and 70, they both finished the weekend with an impressive score of 148.

In the boys 14-15 division, Ryo Murata from Nagano, Japan was our first place winner in his first HJGT tournament of 2023. He had a round 1 score of 75, an even score of 72 in round 2 and a score of 77 for round 3. Murata finished the weekend with a combined total of 224 strokes. Jake Mason from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL placed as runner up honors. With four birdies on the weekend, his scores of 76, 78 and 74 gave him a combined total of 228 strokes. Matias Calderon from Guatemala City, Guatemala and Tantikorn Klinpeng from Rayong, Thailand tied for top three honors with scores of 231. Both players did a great job this weekend.

First place in the boys 14-15 division went to Will Spencer from Fairfield, CT. This was Spencer’s fourth HJGT tournament of the year and his first win. His scores of 72, 73 and 74 were arguably his best so far this year. Spencer finished the weekend with a total of 219 strokes. The runner up honors went to Kyle Beaudry from Madison, CT. Beaudry put up scores of 83, 72 and 84 totaling 239 strokes. He is currently in the top 50 for HJGT point rankings. With 241 strokes and four birdies on the weekend, Griffin Lawlor from Norwalk, CT finishes as our top three honors.

In his first HJGT tournament, Riley Christensen from Sioux Falls, SD won first place in the boys 14-15 division. He brought in scores of 79, 76 and 70 along with seven birdies on the weekend giving him a total of 225 strokes. After his first win, Riley is in the top 100 of HJGT point rankings. With a 226 strokes and six birdies, Tye Treadwell from Omaha, NE places as our runner up honors. Treadwell has been playing with HJGT since 2020 and has placed in top two in more than half of his tournaments. Newcomer to the HJGT tournaments, Camden Tyrrell from Kansas City, MO places in top three honors with a weekend total of 233 strokes.
