Newcomer to the HJGT, Joseph Hansen from Cumberland Center, ME secured this first place win in the boys 14-15 division. With a round 1 score of 84 and 80 for round 2, he had a combined total of 164 strokes. Hansen is in the Top 10 for HJGT point rankings. The runner up honors went to Marc Twombly from Scarborough, ME. His scores of 84 and 83 gave him a total of 167 strokes. Finishing up top three honors, Brian Li from Newton, MA put up scores of 89 and 80 for a weekend total of 169.

He was able to secure the first place win with 143 strokes and bring in his lowest score in an HJGT tournament. Woods has been playing with HJGT since 2021 and has 13 Top 10 finishes. With a final score of 151, Noah Manly took home runner up honors for the weekend. Manly, from Winter Park, FL is an up-and-coming player on tour. Finishing up in top three honors was Luke Friend from Acworth, GA with a score of 152 strokes. Currently he is second place on the HJGT point rankings.

In his first HJGT tournament of the year, Colton Woosley from Crestwood, KY led the boys 14-15 division. Woosley played a great game on the course this past weekend. With six birdies on the weekend, he brought in scores of 72 for both days. Woosley finished the weekend with 144 strokes to take home the champion title. With a final score of 145, Parker Andersen took the runner up honors for the weekend. Andersen, from New Melle, MO has placed in the Top 10 in almost all of his tournaments with the HJGT. Finishing up top three honors was Lyoto Bellon from Saint Louis, MO with a total score of 146.

In his first HJGT tournament, Jiayi Liu from Windsor, CT won first place in the boys 14-15 division. He brought in scores of 81 and 80 along with six birdies on the weekend giving him a total of 166 strokes. After his first win, Liu is in the Top 100 of the HJGT point rankings. With 166 strokes and five birdies, Kevin Ostrander from Point Pleasant, NJ places as our runner up honors. This was Ostrander’s second HJGT tournament, he will participate in the Northeast Regional Invitational in September. Henry White from Montville, NJ places in the top three honors with a total score of 175 strokes.
