From November 19-20, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Southeast Florida Winter Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of four divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Boys 16-18

Jacob Kutner from Palm Beach Gardens, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Kutner brought in scores of 72 for a combined total of 72 for the weekend. David Vega from Port Saint Lucie, FL tied for first for the weekend with scores of 72 for a combined total of 72.
Boys 14-15

Joey Iaciofano from Lincoln, RI was the first-place finisher this weekend. Iaciofano brought in scores of 76 for a combined total of 76 for the weekend. Andrew Syein from Jupiter, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 79 for a combined total of 79.
Boys 11-13
Girls 14-18

Ana Cumplido from Port Saint Lucie, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Cumplido brought in scores of 66 for a combined total of 66 for the weekend. Alana Hall from Boca Raton, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 71 for a combined total of 71. Gabriella DeGasperis from Jupiter, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 74 for a weekend total of 74.
Girls U13

Grace Carter from Jupiter, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Carter brought in scores of 70 for a combined total of 70 for the weekend. Olivia Hartman from Palm Beach Gardens, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 74 for a combined total of 74. Sophia Enriquez from Wellington, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 88 for a weekend total of 88.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest multi-day junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. The HJGT has been able to achieve this goal by running the most professional events and providing an exceptional value to all of our players and families over the last 14 years.
Based out of Orlando, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the country. In 2021, the HJGT will conduct events in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Canada. Juniors will compete in 1 of 6 divisions which are: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys under 10, Girls 14-18, and Girls Under 13. Click here to view approximate yardages for each division. The HJGT season is based on a calendar year and players earn points throughout the season towards year end honors beginning December 31, 2021.
