To finish off a great weekend, Reese Reinhardt from St. Louis, MO finished the weekend as our champion in the girls 14-18 division. This was Reinhardt’s third event of 2023 and her first win. With six birdies on the weekend, she brought in scores of 83 and 79. Reese was able to secure the win with a total of 162 strokes. Mallory Crane from Grain Valley, MO and Morgan Withington from St. Louis, MO tied for the runner up honors on the weekend. Both players were able to bring in an impressive score of 163 strokes.

Leading the girls 14-18 division was Riley Smith from Myrtle Beach, SC. this was Smith’s first HJGT tournament of the year, she did a fantastic job on the course. With scores of 92 for both days, she secured the win with a total of 184 strokes. Newcomer, Alexandra Swam from Jefferson, MD took home the runner up honors for the tournament. Swam put up scores of 91 in round 1 and 101 in round 2 for a total score of 192. Daniella Espina from Freeport, NY finishes up the top three honors. Espina brought in scores of 117 and 116 totaling 233.

Catalina Harvey from Palm Harbor, FL finished first in the girls 14-18 division. With a total of two birdies, she brought in scores of 80 and 73. Harvey was able to secure the win with a final score of 153. Catalina has been playing in HJGT tournaments since 2021 with seven Top 10 wins under her belt. Newcomer, Mariella Young from St. George, Barbados took home the runner up honors. On round 1 she scored and 86 and an 88 for round 2 totaling 174 strokes. Hailey Stricker from Land O Lakes, FL finishes up the top three honors with a scorecard of 175 strokes.

To finish off a great tournament, Carly Lukins from Zeeland, MI played in her first HJGT tournament and was the first place champion in the Girls 14-18 division. Lukins had a total of five birdies and scores of 77 and 81. She was able to take the win with 158 strokes. Carly’s next time playing with the HJGT will be in August at the Milwaukee Summer Junior Open, we hope to see another win. The runner up honors went to Kelby Anderson from International Falls, MN. Anderson’s scores of 83 in round 1 and 82 in round 2 gave her a combined score of 165 strokes. Newcomer Audrey Steeves from Maple Grove, MN finishes up the top three honors with a total of 203 strokes.
