Isabele “Bela” Lodygensky is an international keynote speaker and coach on Emotional Intelligence who works with individuals, executives, athletes, and teams to improve and elevate their performance. The foundation of her work stands on the studies of neuroscience, as well as mindfulness practices.
In her lectures, held in several countries, Isabele explores each person’s intelligence, capacity, talent, and awareness to empower them with tools of awareness, self-regulation, effective communication, resilience, and collaboration. “The basis of my work is the neuroscience of mindfulness practice. I believe that the most empowered person in the room is the one who is fully present, aware, and quickly self-regulates to face the challenges and demands of each moment of life.”
Lodygensky is a 3-time Brazilian National Golf Champion and has diverse experience in the international business industry as well as educational sectors. Her services are used by high-performing athletes, leadership teams, universities, and organizations in North America, South America, and Europe.
Lodygensky, based in the United States, was a two-time Brazilian Amateur Golf Champion, and Brazilian Youth Golf Champion, represented Brazil in the Copa Los Andes and South American Youth Golf Championship, in addition to participating in many other tournaments, as a guest of honor at Doral Junior Open, and The Orange Bowl Junior Golf. Lodygensky was also a Division I Scholar Athlete – Mississippi State University Golf Team, The Southeastern Conference Scholar Athlete Awards Recipient, and Women’s Golf Coach at The Harpeth Hall School 2022-2023.
Lodygensky is a Native Brazilian who resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her two sons and is the founder of The Mindful School of Nashville/Perform Better. The Junior Golf Growth Conference is the first of its kind, featuring three full days of information, education, and inspiration for everyone from players to parents and coaches alike. Throughout the week, juniors will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most successful and influential individuals across many industries
