From July 23-24, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Falcon's Fire Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Boys 16-18
Jacob Immelman, from Winter Park, Florida was the first-place finisher this weekend. Immelman brought in scores of 72 and 72 for a combined total of 144 for the weekend. Ting Hsuan Lin, from Taina City, Taiwan was the runner up with scores of 73 and 75 for a combined total of 148. Yizhang Wu, from New Hampton, New Hampshire finished the top three honors with scores of 72 and 78 for a weekend total of 150.
Boys 14-15
Logan Leistner, from Orlando, Florida was the first-place finisher this weekend. Leistner brought in scores of 75 and 76 for a combined total of 151 for the weekend. Gordon N Goetz, from Lecanto, Florida and Luis Gudino, from Monte Rey, Mexico tied for the runner up with scores of 74 and 79, and 77 and 76, respectively, for a combined total of 153 each.
Boys 11-13
Nick Vasto, Jacksonville, Florida was the first-place finisher this weekend. Vasto brought in scores of 79 and 84 for a combined total of 163 for the weekend. John Louzan, from Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida was the runner up with scores of 82 and 86 for a combined total of 168. Mason Cross, from St. Augustine, Florida finished the top three honors with scores of 88 and 87 for a weekend total of 175.
Girls 14-18
Morgan Beaulieu, from Kissimmee, Florida was the first-place finisher this weekend. Beaulieu brought in scores of 70 and 71 for a combined total of 141 for the weekend. Andrea Woods, from Riverview, Florida was the runner up with scores of 76 and 73 for a combined total of 149. Maddie Rathjen, from St. Augustine, Florida finished the top three honors with scores of 74 and 76 for a weekend total of 150.
Girls U13
Noha Ghadi, from Orlando, Florida was the first-place finisher this weekend. Ghadi brought in scores of 79 and 76 for a combined total of 155 for the weekend. Allyson Benson, from Lake Mary, Florida was the runner up with scores of 87 and 85 for a combined total of 172.
Boys 10 Under
Grant I Goetz, from Lecanto, Florida was the first-place finisher this weekend. Goetz brought in scores of 76 and 75 for a combined total of 151 for the weekend. Yuhao Wang, from Orlando, Florida was the runner up with scores of 78 and 84 for a combined total of 162. Hampton Hardee, from Orlando, Florida finished the top three honors with scores of 85 and 89 for a weekend total of 174.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest multi-day junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. The HJGT has been able to achieve this goal by running the most professional events and providing an exceptional value to all of our players and families over the last 14 years.
Based out of Orlando, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the country. In 2021, the HJGT will conduct events in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Canada. Juniors will compete in 1 of 6 divisions which are: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys under 10, Girls 14-18, and Girls Under 13. Click here to view approximate yardages for each division.
