Leading the girls 14-18 division was Isabelle Meltzer from Summit, NJ. Meltzer did a fantastic job on the course this weekend putting up scores of 85, 89 and 84. She secured her first win this weekend with 258 strokes. With a total score of 259, Sienna Wheeler took home runner up honors on the weekend. Wheeler, from Schenectady, NY is currently in the top 50 for HJGT point rankings. Finishing up top three honors with a score of 280 was Veronika Niklin from Staten Island, NY.

Mia Farrar from Blue Springs, MO was our first place winner in the girls 14-18 division. Farrar did an outstanding job on the course this weekend, securing her first win in an HJGT tournament. With nine birdies on the weekend, she put up scores of 76, 75 and 79 for a total of 230 strokes. Mia’s next tournament will be in June at the Colle Prep Series at Iowa. Mallory Crane from Grain Valley, MO and Addison Davis from Kirksville, MO tied for the runner up honors on the weekend. Both players were able to bring in impressive scores of 239 strokes.

Abigail Lynn from Furlong, PA has been playing with HJGT since 2019, this weekend she played in her first tournament since 2021 and was crowned the first place champion in the girls 14-18 division. With four birdies on the weekend, she brought in scores of 79 for round 1, 83 for round 2 and 80 for round 3. She secured the win with 242 strokes. Longtime HJGT tournament player, Amelia Shen from Demarest, NJ took home runner up honors with 246 strokes. This weekend Shen secured her 10th top 3 finish in an HJGT tournament. Finishing up top three honors, Emily Wang from Mclean, VA totaled 250 strokes this weekend. Wang has been playing with HJGT since 2018 and currently is ranked fourth in the HJGT point rankings.

To finish off a great weekend, longtime HJGT player Marissa Malosh from South Fayette, PA was the first place finisher in the girls 14-18 division. Malosh has played with HJGT since 2018 and has 15 HJGT tournaments under her belt. This weekend she was able to bring home victory with a weekend total of 220 strokes. The runner up honors went to Cara Heisterkamp from Westlake, OH. With scores of 73, 78 and 70 totaling, 221 strokes for the weekend. Placing in top three honors, Gwendolyn Yarnall from East Aurora, NY brought in a total of 238 strokes this weekend.
