The New Jersey Fall Junior Open at LBI National Golf & Resort wrapped up an exciting weekend of competition with rising stars from the Girls U13 Division showcasing resilience and promise across two challenging rounds.
Ria Nenavath of Chester, New Jersey, led the way with a composed and confident performance, claiming the division title with a total score of +32 (85–91–176). Nenavath’s first-round 85 gave her an early advantage, and despite gusty Sunday winds and tough pin placements, she maintained her focus to finish strong and secure the win.
Juliet Souza of Chatham, New Jersey, rounded out the leaderboard in second place with a +83 (113–114–227). While the conditions tested every part of her game, Souza displayed determination and steady progress throughout the weekend — hallmarks of a developing competitor with plenty of potential ahead.
