Learn More
In the Girls U13 division at the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour’s North Georgia Holiday Junior Classic, Brynn Mason delivered one of the most commanding wire-to-wire performances of the entire weekend at The Chimneys. Mason fired rounds of 75 and 40 for a +7 total of 115, showcasing a blend of sharp iron control and confident putting that separated her from the field early and never loosened.
Her opening 75 set the tone—steady, composed, and free of the big numbers that often shape youth competition. But it was her second-round 40 that truly slammed the door, a statement nine that demonstrated Brynn’s ability to stay aggressive while protecting a lead. Every swing looked intentional, and every decision reflected a young competitor who already understands how to close.
Behind her, Mia Simpkins fought hard to post 84–46 (130), claiming solo second with resilience and strong recovery stretches throughout Sunday’s round. Daisy Ng stayed right on her heels with 87–44 (131), rounding out the podium in a tightly contested chase for runner-up.
But the weekend belonged to Mason—confident, composed, and in total control. Her victory at The Chimneys was another showcase of the rising talent emerging through the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, and a clear sign that Brynn Mason is a name to watch as the season continues.
