Emma Hwang of Darien, Illinois, delivered a strong and composed performance to capture the championship, finishing at +14 (78–80—158). Her balanced approach and consistent ball striking set her apart in a field filled with future stars.
In a thrilling finish, twin sister Isabel Hwang of Darien, Illinois, and Taytum Oswald of Beloit, Wisconsin, tied for second at +17 (161), each showcasing determination and control across the demanding Harborside layout. Brielyn Hines of Bolivar, Missouri, followed in fourth with a two-day total of +29 (173), while Aviel Cornett of Winfield, Illinois, rounded out the top five at +32 (176).
Despite windy fairways and firm greens, the U13 division players rose to the challenge — demonstrating maturity, sportsmanship, and a glimpse of what’s ahead for the next generation of girls’ golf.
