Hurricane Junior Golf Tour Releases 2021 Schedule
ORLANDO,FLORIDA The HurricaneJunior Golf Tour, the largest junior golf tour in the world, is back for the2021 season, bigger and better than ever. This season we will host MORE events, come to MORE cities, and crown even MORE champions than ever before. Established in 2007, the HJGT’s 14th season will boast over 350+ events, on more new premier courses and in more states than ever! Beginning Monday October 19th, the first half of the 2021 schedule will be released, and 2021 memberships will be available for purchase.
In 2021, The HurricaneJunior Golf Tour will reach a record number of junior golfers, while continuing to provide them with the most extraordinary experience in a competitive environment across the United States and Canada. Already present in 23 states, the tour’s reach will grow across the nation this season with a focus on tournaments offered in five new locations – Louisiana, Iowa, SouthernCalifornia, Nevada, and Michigan.
The focus on”More events, More cities, and More champions” this upcoming season is highlighted through new tournaments at some of the most prestigious courses across the country, including TPC Louisiana, Paiute Golf Resort in Las Vegas,TPC Twin Cities, TPC Boston, Nashville Golf & Athletic Club, Harbourside, BlackWolf Run, and Savannah Harbour. Not only are these exciting new courses being added, but our unique Adult/Child Series will also see some 2021 action, with the brand-new National Adult/Child Tournament January 23rd and 24thin Las Vegas, Nevada.
Along with these new additions, some of your favorite courses will make a repeat appearance from past seasons, including PGA National, Seaview, Vanderbilt, Duke University,World Golf Village, Pinehurst, Lake Nona and many, many more. Also appearing on the schedule this year again is the Mid-Season Invitational at Sea Island so be sure to mark your calendars for July 16th-18th, 2021.
“2020 was the biggest roller coaster year I have ever seen in the history of the HJGT,” saidMario Conte, Executive Director of the HJGT. “Throughout this record breaking and challenging year, we have really studied our markets, players, and events as a whole and the overwhelming feedback from everyone across the board is they want more HJGT events in almost all areas of the country. We listened and we will deliver the biggest, more comprehensive schedule we have ever released in our history.”
2021 brings the mentality of “BIGGER is better” for the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Â With more opportunities to be a crowned a champion, a bigger selection of tournaments to compete in, and more states to showcase your talent, the HJGT’s goal is to show junior golfers all over the nation that we can help them reach their maximum potential through providing them better competition, superior courses, and incredible experiences.
