Bristow, VA – September 2025 The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the Northern Virginia Junior Open this past weekend at Bristow Manor Golf Club, where junior golfers from across the region delivered standout performances and memorable finishes. In the Boys 16–18 Division, Harrison Beaudoin (Midlothian, VA) claimed the title in a playoff over Jackson Wright (Midlothian, VA) after both finished at 2-under par. Lucas Palmer (Ashburn, VA) secured the Boys 14–15 crown at +4, while Ibrahim Sheikh (McLean, VA) edged out a one-shot victory in the Boys 12–13 Division. The Boys 10–11 Division featured the performance of the weekend as Lanhao Pang (Fairfax, VA) went 2-under for the tournament (73–71) to win in commanding fashion. On the girls’ side, Alayna Stawovy (Belle Vernon, PA) persevered through tough conditions to capture the Girls 14–18 title. From playoff drama to under-par rounds, the Northern Virginia Junior Open highlighted both rising stars and seasoned competitors, continuing the mission at HJGT in developing the next generation of college golfers.

September 2025 | Sarasota, FL The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the TPC Prestancia Junior Open this past weekend, where juniors from across the U.S. and around the world faced one of Florida’s premier championship layouts. Jason Johnson (Barbados) captured the Boys 16–18 title at 152 (+8), while Salem Al Abdallat (Jordan) won the Boys 14–15 division at 155 (+11). Local standout Brody Blackwell (Sarasota, FL) secured the Boys 12–13 crown at 153 (+9), and Mattea Issa (Jamaica) claimed the Girls 14–18 championship with a steady 152 (+8). With international talent and competitive finishes across all divisions, Prestancia delivered another memorable stop on the HJGT schedule.

September 2025 | Watertown, CT The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the Connecticut Fall Junior Open this past weekend at Crestbrook Park Golf Course, where juniors across six divisions faced a true championship test. The course demanded precision and patience, with tight fairways and tricky greens shaping two competitive rounds. In the Boys 16–18 Division, Dean Alex (Rockland, MA) fired a final-round 68 to win at even par (142), edging Finn Sommer (Trumbull, CT) by one stroke. Gordon Han (Westport, CT) delivered one of the weekend’s best performances, closing with a 72 to capture the Boys 12–13 Division. On the girls’ side, Alexandra Young (Woodstock, NY) claimed the Girls 14–18 title at 169 (+27), while Tanya Jain (Stamford, CT) held off Isabelle Roach (Darien, CT) to win the Girls U13 Division. From under-par rounds to narrow finishes, every division showcased determination and growth.
