In the boys 11-13 division, Charles Lans took home first place in his first tournament since 2022. Lans, from Westwood, MA brought in four birdies on the weekend along with scores of 79 in round 1 and 82 in round 2. He was able to secure the win with 161 strokes. The runner up honors went to Jeremy Zhang from Lincoln, MA. His scores of 97 and 91 gave him a combined total of 188 for the weekend. This was Jeremy’s fifth Top 2 win since joining in 2022.

In his first HJGT tournament since 2022, Nicholas Melvin from Forest Lake, MN was the first place finisher in the boys 11-13 division. Nicholas did an outstanding job on the course this past weekend. With seven birdies on the weekend, his scores of 70 and 74 gave him an even total of 144. Ryder Haskins from Minnetrista, MN has played in over 15 HJGT tournaments and has placed Top 2 in most of them, this weekend was no different. Haskins took home the runner up honors with a weekend score of 153 strokes. Finishing up the top three honors was Andrew Burstad from Blaine, MN with scores of 81 and 79 totaling 160 strokes.

In the boys 11-13 division, Landon Rottman from Baltimore, MD finished the tournament as our champion. This was Rottman’s first HJGT tournament of the year as well as his first win. With a score of 74 and 79 his tournament total was 153 strokes. The runner up honors went to Evan Goldsborough from Potomac, MD. Goldsborough brought in his lowest score of 160 strokes along with four birdies. Finishing up top three honors was Benjamin Spencer from Potomac, MD. In his first HJGT tournament, Benjamin brought in scores of 80 and 84 totaling 164 strokes.
