Learn More
The Tournament of Champions (Boys 16–18) presented by Foresight Sports delivered a statement performance from Turner Hersey, who fired a brilliant final-round 66 at Rio Pinar Country Club to win at 7-under par. Hersey’s closing round was the best of the championship and separated him from a deep, national field on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Cole Hendrix held strong for solo second at –1, while five players—Daniel Boyd, Davis Daigle, Chase Keller, Christopher Parrish, and Micah Sheffer—finished tied at even par, highlighted by Parrish’s electric 67 that vaulted him up the board. In one of the strongest fields of the HJGT season, Hersey’s command on Sunday turned a tight leaderboard into a championship moment, cementing his status as one of the tour’s elite closers.

Tournament of Champions (Girls 14-18/Boys 10-11) presented by Foresight Sports
Learn More
The Tournament of Champions presented by Foresight Sports brought the best of the best from across the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour to ChampionsGate Golf Resort- National Course, and the weekend delivered exactly what the name promises — major-championship pressure, elite scoring, and breakout performances that will echo into the 2026 season. While ChampionsGate is known for exposing every weakness in a player’s game, two juniors rose above the pressure and etched their names into HJGT history: Addison Reilly in the Girls 14–18 division and Preston Tolnar in Boys 10–11. A Star Emerges: Reilly Controls the Girls 14–18 Field From the opening tee shot, Addison Reilly (Frisco, TX) looked every bit like a player built for championship moments. Her 72–74 (+2) total wasn’t just the winning score — it was a master class in managing a golf course that punished the slightest hesitation. As the field tightened behind her, Reilly stayed composed, shaping smart approaches and refusing to give away strokes down the stretch. A three-way tie for second at +7 captured the depth of this elite field. Maddison Moltich (AZ), Ryley Regan (MA), and Michelle Young (Thailand) each made Sunday charges, but Reilly’s cushion never cracked. With the leaderboard stacked behind her — including seven players finishing within six shots of second place — the division showcased the incredible international depth that defines the modern HJGT. From Botsis, Smith, and Zreik at +8, to a massive pack between +10 and +16, the scoring wave never stopped building. ChampionsGate demanded precision, resilience, and discipline — and Reilly delivered all three. Tolnar Dominates the Boys 10–11 Championship On the boys side, Preston Tolnar (Canfield, OH) delivered one of the most dominant performances of the HJGT season. Tolnar fired rounds of 70–67 to finish at a stunning –7, separating himself from the field with a poise uncommon in his age group. His final-round 67, which included stretches of fearless ball-striking and mistake-free golf, turned the championship into a victory march. Behind him, the battle for runner-up became a dramatic showdown at +6, with Lucas Kang and Lanhao Pang matching each other stroke for stroke across two days of disciplined play. They held off a deep chase group that included Anthony Bitetto (+8), Carter Carey (+10), Isaac Lee (+10), and a tightly bunched leaderboard through the top 15. Even deeper in the standings, the competitive swings were constant — from Marcus Sahara’s strong Sunday finish to big-fight efforts by Reaves, Bhatia, Wong, and Chappidi. ChampionsGate exposed every weakness, yet the division responded with heart, precision, and resilience worthy of a championship weekend. A Championship Worthy of Its Name Across both divisions, the Tournament of Champions presented by Foresight Sports lived up to its billing as one of the crown jewels of the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour calendar. Every leaderboard battle felt bigger. Every momentum swing felt louder. And every player who made the trip to ChampionsGate left having sharpened their game in a setting that mirrors the intensity of college golf. Two champions were crowned — Reilly and Tolnar — but the weekend belonged to everyone who stepped onto the tee in a field stacked with national and international talent. Champions were made. Futures were shaped. This is what the Tournament of Champions is all about — and this is what the HJGT does best.

Southeast Florida Junior Open
Learn More
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour closed out Thanksgiving weekend in South Florida with a demanding test at The Links at Boynton Beach, where firm fairways, sharp winds, and tough green surrounds turned every division into a grind-it-out battle. Across all age groups, the juniors delivered momentum swings, clutch finishes, and Sunday breakthroughs that defined the final leaderboard. In the Boys 16–18 division, Remi Lipon separated himself by embracing the chaos better than anyone else. His 160 (+18) held up as the winning number after two days of disciplined golf, navigating the course’s tight angles with steadiness that never wavered. Patrick O’Connor chased him down with stretches of aggressive play but closed two shots back, while Vojtech Zmeskal finished third with a determined 165. The Boys 14–15 field turned into a Sunday surge story, with Blake Waidlich rising above the pack thanks to a strong closing 75 that secured him the win at 159 (+17). He found the fairways when they were hardest to hit and built a cushion that Carson Lowe fought to overcome but couldn’t fully close. Lowe’s 163 earned runner-up honors, with Sid Puspanathan finishing third after posting 168. The Boys 12–13 players delivered one of the weekend’s most competitive battles. Gabriel Shabashkevich continues to prove he is one of the most polished young players in Florida, using elite consistency to fire 79–78 and win at 157 (+15). Ethan Glasband stayed close all tournament but couldn’t match Shabashkevich’s mistake-free Sunday, and Saktinra Puspanathan claimed third after two rounds of hard-earned scoring. A rising name from the Boys 10–11 division emerged as Suvaathighan Puspanathan powered his way to a confident victory. His 169 (+27) built from grit, recovery shots, and a much steadier second round that closed the door on any late challenge. Fraser Gannon fought his way into second with 184, showcasing resilience across two demanding days. On the girls’ side, Lilly Bisterzo put on a clinic in the Girls 14–18 division, delivering the only round of the weekend under 75 with her composed Sunday 74. The result was a wire-to-wire statement win at 156 (+14). Behind her, Sophia Enriquez and Sophie Alcala-Marks rounded out the podium after battling both the layout and the conditions. Closing out the event, the Girls U13 division saw Victoria Coron triumph with a sharp bounce-back performance, shooting 94–85 to win at 179 (+37). Her Sunday turnaround was one of the best improvements of the entire tournament and highlighted her growing confidence on the HJGT stage. From start to finish, the Southeast Florida Junior Open delivered what the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour has built its reputation on — pressure-filled competition, breakthrough moments, and young athletes proving they can adjust, attack, and rise when conditions demand their best.

Eagle Creek Junior Open
Learn More
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour stormed into Orlando for the Eagle Creek Junior Open, delivering a thrilling Thanksgiving weekend packed with playoff drama, clutch Sunday rounds, and breakout performances across every age division. From the opening tee shots to the final putts, Eagle Creek tested ball-striking, demanded precision, and produced champions who earned every stroke of their titles. The spotlight belonged to Kainan Huang of Taiwan, who captured the Boys 16–18 championship in a playoff after finishing tied with Kentucky’s Talen Beane at +3 (149). Huang’s calm under pressure and sharp iron play in extras sealed one of the most intense finishes of the fall. Behind them, a world-class field stacked with players from Canada, India, China, and across the U.S. pushed hard, with Hudson Kelahear and Julian Simone tying at +5 and Joshua Cohen just behind at +6. The Boys 14–15 division delivered its own sudden-death storyline, as Caiden Westbroek of Palm Harbor rose to the moment to win a playoff over Brody Drewes after both posted +9 (155). Westbroek’s final-round 73—matching the best score of any player his age all weekend—gave him the momentum he needed to close out the victory when it mattered most. In Boys 12–13, the performance of the weekend came from Junhang Wu of Massachusetts, whose Sunday 75 powered a wire-to-wire win at +13 (159). Wu’s ball-striking separated him from the field as he held off Zain Sadiq (+16) and Evan Pratt (+29), securing another standout result in his HJGT season. The Boys 10–11 title went to Canada’s Rylan Chan, who displayed maturity well beyond his years with rounds of 80–78 to finish at +12 (158). His consistency gave him the edge over Orlando’s Joshua Townsend, who took runner-up at +18. On the girls’ side, Myiah Davidson of Lakewood Ranch delivered one of the clutch rounds of the entire tournament—an even-par 73 on Sunday—to capture the Girls 14–18 championship at +7 (153). She held off a strong charge from Connecticut’s Audrey Bai (+9) and China’s Xinyi “Bonnie” Wu (+10), shaping one of the most competitive girls’ fields of the fall. In Girls U13, Madeline Raun of Seminole put together steady, composed golf all weekend to claim the division title at +40 (186), continuing her strong development through the HJGT ranks. From playoffs to pressure-packed closes, the Eagle Creek Junior Open once again showcased why the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour remains the proving ground for elite junior golfers nationwide and around the world. The performances in Orlando set the tone for a massive winter stretch ahead, as the tour continues elevating the next generation of rising stars.
