From July 25-26, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Trump Westchester Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Boys 16-18

Achmad Fani Nazarrudi from Pandaan, Indonesia was the first-place finisher this weekend after beating YiWen Wang from Scarsdale, New York in a playoff match. Nazarrudi brought in scores of 67 and 81 for a combined total of 148 for the weekend. Wang was the runner up with scores of 72 and 76 for a combined total of 148. Justin Zullin finished the top three honors with scores of 74 and 75 or a weekend total of 149.
Boys 14-15

Savar Bhasin was the first-place finisher this weekend. Bhasin brought in scores of 76 and 73 for a combined total of 149 for the weekend. Thomas Bonomo from Greenwich, Connecticut was the runner up with scores of 74 and 76 for a combined total of 150. Maddox Ketelaar finished the top three honors with scores of 76 and 75 for a weekend total of 151.
Boys 11-13

Leo Graham from Greenwich, Connecticut was the first-place finisher this weekend. Graham brought in scores of 78 and 73 for a combined total of 151 for the weekend. Kaiden Capurso from Bayport, New York was the runner up with scores of 81 and 76 for a combined total of 157. Zexi Xue from Scarsdale, New York finished the top three honors with scores of 80 and 78 for a weekend total of 158.
Girls 14-18

Pinxi Chen, from Beijing, China was the first-place finisher this weekend. Chen brought in scores of 78 and 84 for a combined total of 162 for the weekend. Mingyu Zhang from Beijing, China was the runner up with scores of 76 and 66 for a combined total of 142. Aileen Du from Auckland, New Zealand finished the top three honors with scores of 72 and 79 for a weekend total of 151.
Girls U13

Elena Zreik from Sleepy Hollow, New York was the first-place finisher this weekend. Zreik brought in scores of 78 and 84 for a combined total of 162 for the weekend. Corinne de Nigris from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida was the runner up with scores of 89 and 86 for a combined total of 175. Chloe Cui from New Canaan, Connecticut finished the top three honors with scores of 87 and 90 for a weekend total f 177.
Boys 10 Under

Chun Hin Sze was the first-place finisher this weekend. Sze brought in scores of 80 and 70 for a combined total of 150 for the weekend. Jayden Yang from Vancouver, Canada was the runner up with scores of 99 and 91 for a combined total of 190. Liam Rotatori from Stamford, Connecticut finished the top three honors with scores of 98 and 100 for a weekend total of 198.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest multi-day junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. The HJGT has been able to achieve this goal by running the most professional events and providing an exceptional value to all of our players and families over the last 14 years.
Based out of Orlando, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the country. In 2021, the HJGT will conduct events in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Canada. Juniors will compete in 1 of 6 divisions which are: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys under 10, Girls 14-18, and Girls Under 13. Click here to view approximate yardages for each division.
