From September 9-10, 2023, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the PGA National Fall Junior Open Presented By BioStee. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Boys 16-18

Luke Walker from Bradenton, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Walker brought in scores of 72 and 80 for a combined total of 152 for the weekend. Lucas Hasting from Palm City, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 83 and 76 for a combined total of 159. Jack Helmke from Boca Raton, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 80 and 80 for a weekend total of 160.
Boys 14-15

Andrew Stein from Jupiter, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Stein brought in scores of 76 and 78 for a combined total of 154 for the weekend. Julio Rodas-Rhim from New York, NY was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 74 and 82 for a combined total of 156 . Robert Whiddon from Palm Beach Gardens, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 87 and 82 for a weekend total of 169.
Boys 11-13

Danilo Custer from North Palm Beach, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Custer brought in scores of 73 and 79 for a combined total of 152 for the weekend. Carson Lowe from West Palm Beach, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 78 and 80 for a combined total of 158. Reece Goodson from North Palm Beach, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 83 and 81 for a weekend total of 164.
Girls 14-18

Kaitlyn Hummers from West Palm Beach, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Hummers brought in scores of 80 and 79 for a combined total of 159 for the weekend. Catherine Mulvaney from Palm City, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 87 and 81 for a combined total of 168. Ella Mamane from Coral Springs, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 90 and 88 for a weekend total of 178.
Girls U13

Harper Kiss from Lighthouse Point, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Kiss brought in scores of 88 and 83 for a combined total of 171 for the weekend. Chloe Rounce from Nassau, Bahamas was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 108 and 101 for a combined total of 209. Lilian Denomey from Westlake, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 131 and 108 for a weekend total of 239.
Boys 10 Under

Gibson Keever from Babson Park, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Keever brought in scores of 136 and 127 for a combined total of 263 for the weekend.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest multi-day junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. The HJGT has been able to achieve this goal by running the most professional events and providing an exceptional value to all of our players and families over the last 14 years.
Based out of Orlando, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the country. In 2021, the HJGT will conduct events in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Canada. Juniors will compete in 1 of 6 divisions which are: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys under 10, Girls 14-18, and Girls Under 13. Click here to view approximate yardages for each division.
