From November 28-29, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Palm Beach Holiday Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Tiger Woods Division Boys 16-18, Will Smith Division Boys 14-15, Ernie Els Division Boys 11-13, Bryson DeChambeau Division Boys Under 10, Justin Timberlake Division Girls 14-18, and Justin Rose Division Girls Under 13.
Boys 16-18

Sean Dully from Palm Beach Gardens, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Dully brought in scores of 73 and 76 for a combined total of 149 for the weekend. Trip Sanfelippo from Wildwood, MO was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 78 and 78 for a combined total of 156. Nicholas Gimotty from Overland Park, KS and Peter Malia from Scarcorough, ME both finished in the top three honors. Gimotty came in with scores of 83 and 75 for a weekend total of 158. Malia finished with scores of 80 and 78 for a total of 158.
Boys 14-15

Brady Burgess from Victor, NY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Burgess brought in scores of 78 and 76 for a combined total of 154 for the weekend. Corbin Scott from Boca Raton, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 75 and 79 for a combined total of 154. James O’Connor from Greenwich, CT and Mason Tome from West Palm Beach, FL finished the top three honors. O’Connor finished with scores of 81 and 76 for a weekend total of 157. Tome came in with scores of 73 and 84 for a total of 157.
Boys 11-13

Lorenzo Rodriguez from Miami, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Rodriguez brought in scores of 73 and 71 for a combined total of 144 for the weekend. Giuseppe Puebla from Royal Palm Beach, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 78 and 78 for a combined total of 156. Jordan Reyes from West Palm Beach, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 94 and 81 for a weekend total of 175.
Girls 14-18

Gabriella DeGasperis from Jupiter, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. DeGadperis brought in scores of 73 and 74 for a combined total of 147 for the weekend. Kiley Malmberg from Jupiter, FL, Gabriella Gomez from Miami, FL, and Madison Moman from Palm Beach Gardens, FL were all the runners up for the weekend. Malmberg came in with scores of 72 and 77 for a combined total of 149. Gomez finished with scores of 73 and 76 for a weekend total of 149. Moman also finished with scores of 77 and 72 for a total of 149.
Girls U13

Ann-Sohpie Bourgault from Mont Tremblant, Canada was the first-place finisher this weekend. Bourgault brought in scores of 74 and 80 for a combined total of 154 for the weekend. Regan Dusenbery from Michita, KS was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 79 and 76 for a combined total of 155. Abigail Lee from Pembroke Pines, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 82 and 83 for a weekend total of 165.
Boys 10 Under

Jerry Guo from Scarsdale, NY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Guo brought in scores of 82 and 83 for a combined total of 165 for the weekend. Benjamin Caplan from Boca Raton, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 89 and 90 for a combined total of 179.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
In 2017, The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour announced a partnership with Nexus, an international hospitality and entertainment company backed by financier Joe Lewis and Tavistock Group, golfing great Tiger Woods and musician and entertainer Justin Timberlake, which will further our collective goal of growing the game of golf, broadening the Tour’s reach across the U.S. and around the world.
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intent of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18, and now 10 and under, an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of six age divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys U10, Girls 14-18, and Girls U13. Based out of Jacksonville, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the nation, with stops in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. In 2016, we have now expanded to the west coast and cover California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, and Oregon.
