From October 29-30, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Orlando Fall Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Boys 16-18
Sean Dobson from Windermere, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Dobson brought in scores of 70 and 66 for a combined total of 136 for the weekend. William Johnson from Wayland, MA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 71 and 67 for a combined total of 138. Felix Luetke Meyring from Shanghai, China finished the top three honors with scores of 69 and 70 for a weekend total of 139.
Boys 14-15
Arth Sinha from Oviedo, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Sinha brought in scores of 68 and 72 for a combined total of 140 for the weekend. Sol Richmond from Singapore, Singapore was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 72 and 69 for a combined total of 141.
Boys 11-13
Giancarlo Aguirre from Lima, Peru was the first-place finisher this weekend. Aguirre brought in scores of 69 and 71 for a combined total of 140 for the weekend. Patrick Shawger from Singer Island, FLwas the runner up for the weekend with scores of 74 and 74 for a combined total of 148. Will Hacker from Owatonna, MN finished the top three honors with scores of 74 and 77 for a weekend total of 151.
Girls 14-18
Yingshi (Lydia) Lin from Reunion, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Lin brought in scores of 72 and 69 for a combined total of 141 for the weekend. Mara King from Longwood, FL was tied for second this weekend with scores of 72 and 72 for a combined total of 144. Lua Pousa Dacasa from Panama, Panama tied for second with scores of 68 and 76 for a weekend total of 144. Victoria Tan fro Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia tied for second with scores of 69 and 75 for a weekend total of 144.
Girls U13
Camiryn Jackson from Altamonte Springs, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Jackson brought in scores of 74 and 76 for a combined total of 150 for the weekend. Rebekah Im from Bradenton, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 74 and 79 for a combined total of 153.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest multi-day junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. The HJGT has been able to achieve this goal by running the most professional events and providing an exceptional value to all of our players and families over the last 14 years.
Based out of Orlando, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the country. In 2021, the HJGT will conduct events in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Canada. Juniors will compete in 1 of 6 divisions which are: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys under 10, Girls 14-18, and Girls Under 13. Click here to view approximate yardages for each division.
