From March 23-24, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the 2024 World Golf Village Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys U10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division and Girls U13 Division.

Owen Jessop from Westhampton Beach, NY took first place in his division with a very smooth 72 and 74 for a grand total of 146 strokes. Coming close in second was the runner-up, Patrick Delaney from Marietta, GA. Delaney collected a 75 and 72 for a total of 147 strokes. And in third was Mac Buckley from Denver, CO with a sweet 73 and 76 – coming in at 149 strokes.
