2022 Union County Junior Open
From July 30-31, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Union County Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.

Jayden Ko, from Tenafly, New Jersey, was the first-place finisher this weekend. Ko brought in scores of 72 and 74 for a combined total of 146 for the weekend. Eli Kaufman, from Montville, New Jersey was the runner up with scores of 75 and 72 for a combined total of 147. Jacob de Jesus, from Bridgewater, New Jersey finished the top three honors with scores of 78 and 74 for a weekend total of 152.
