From April 13-14, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted The Virtues Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format and with a field of four divisions including the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys U10 Division and Girls 14-18 Division.

Trace Gibson from Sugarcreek, OH was the first-place finisher of the Boys 16-18 Division. Gibson scored 76 and 72, giving him a combined total of 148 strokes. Rounding out the leaderboard was a three-way tie for runner up between Ross Dietz (Botkins, OH), Gavin Gress (Coshocton, OH), and Barron Mundy (Mississauga, Canada). All three scored 154 strokes, with Dietz and Gress shooting 80 and 74 while Mundy shot 77 in both rounds.
