The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour took over The Virtues Golf Club this
past weekend, and the juniors brought the fire. From Day 1 tee-offs to Day 2 final putts, these rising stars gave it everything they had at the Virtues Junior Open, held April 12-13, 2025. With the rolling greens of Nashport setting the stage, six divisions lit up the course with talent, determination, and a little bit of flair.
Cameron Fallon of Parkersburg, WV finished in first place with strong rounds of 72 on Day 1 and 75 on
Day 2, ending the weekend with 147 strokes. His steady play and focused finish set the tone for the
division. Gavin Gress of Coshocton, OH landed in second with a pair of 75s and a final score of 150.
Trent Thompson of Dublin, OH made a Day 2 charge with a 71 after an 80 on Day 1, totaling 151 strokes
to claim third.
Colton Gress of Coshocton, OH finished in first place after recording a 79 on Day 1 and a 78 on Day 2,
closing out the event with 157 strokes. His consistent swing and hometown pride carried him to the top.
Brock Hurley of Beverly, OH took second place with 166, while Ryan O’Leary of Westlake, OH followed
in third with 183
Chase Rebroe of Bayport, NY finished in first place, rebounding from a 92 on Day 1 with a fantastic 78
on Day 2 for a total of 170 strokes. He proved that perseverance pays off, leaving a strong impression on
the leaderboard.
Preston Tolnar of Canfield, OH finished in first place with a solid 73 on Day 1 and an 80 on Day 2,
totaling 153 strokes. He kept his cool under pressure and stayed sharp across both rounds. Agampratap
Kanwar of Hudson, OH took second with 156, while Brunson Gress of Coshocton, OH rounded out the
top three with 204 strokes.
Mia Ginnetti of Rocky River, OH finished in first place after posting an 80 on Day 1 and 88 on Day 2,
finishing with 168 strokes. Her strong opening day set her apart early, and she held her ground to the end.
Daphne Breen of Beverly Hills, MI came in second with 174, followed by Regan Kelly of Heath, OH in
third with 188.
Makayla Gress of Coshocton, OH finished in first place with an impressive 85 on Day 1 and an even
stronger 83 on Day 2, totaling 168 strokes. Her steady performance showed poise beyond her years.
