From September 30 to October 1, 2023, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Tampa Bay Junior Shootout at Cheval. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Brady Hall from Kingston, Canada was the first-place finisher this weekend. Hall brought in scores of 79 and 74 for a combined total of 153 for the weekend. Jorge Del Val from Bradenton, FL was tied for the runner-up this weekend with scores of 79 and 75 for a combined total of 154. Harrison Williams from Atlanta, GA finished our other runner-up spot with scores of 78 and 76 for a weekend total of 154.
Jordan Paulshock from Wesley Chapel, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Paulshock brought in scores of 78 and 69 for a combined total of 147 for the weekend. Drew Madigan from Collierville, TN was the runner-up for the weekend with scores of 78 and 80 for a combined total of 158. Taewoong Chang from Dieppe, Canada finished the top three honors with scores of 81 and 83 for a weekend total of 164.
Dane Mohap from Nazareth, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Mohap brought in scores of 76 and 78 for a combined total of 154 for the weekend. Yao Yuan (Chris) Xue from Kowloon, Hong Kong was the runner-up for the weekend with scores of 83 and 86 for a combined total of 169. Alex Bryan from Lutz, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 91 and 87 for a weekend total of 178.
Sherry Xia from Wesley Chapel, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Xia brought in scores of 76 and 73 for a combined total of 149 for the weekend. Wakana Miyata from Nagoya-shi, Japan was the runner-up for the weekend with scores of 75 and 84 for a combined total of 159.
