From April 20-21, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Southwest Atlanta Junior Open presented by US Performance Academy. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys U10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division and Girls U13 Division.
Tanner Latimer, hailing from Canton, GA, tied for first place with a total of 152 strokes. His consistent performance showcased rounds of 72 and 80. Jack Randolph from Hoschton, GA, also claimed the top spot with an identical score of 152 strokes, shooting 78 and 74 in his rounds. Tanner Toups, representing White, GA, secured third place with a total of 154 strokes, after shooting 74 and 80 in his two rounds.
Wynn Stephens from Marietta, GA, clinched the top spot with a total of 154 strokes, shooting 73 and 81 in two consistent rounds. Weston Ehman, representing Milton, GA, secured second place with a total score of 163 strokes, posting rounds of 84 and 79. Shuler Osburne from Orlando, FL, landed in third place with a total of 172 strokes, after rounds of 82 and 90.
Mason Walcott, hailing from Tyrone, GA, dominated the leaderboard with a total of 162 strokes, securing first place after rounds of 84 and 78. Smyan Reddy from Suwanee, GA, secured second place with a total score of 166 strokes, posting rounds of 87 and 79.
Leah Reddykotha, from Alpharetta, GA, led the pack with a total of 173 strokes, claiming first place after rounds of 90 and 83. Berkley Wiggins, representing Fortson, GA, secured second place with a total score of 177 strokes, posting rounds of 93 and 84. Lana Spraley from Peachtree City, GA, landed in third place with a total of 180 strokes, after rounds of 91 and 89.
Lily Lee, hailing from Marietta, GA, took the lead with a total of 182 strokes, securing first place after rounds of 87 and 95. Sharon Liu, representing Charlotte, NC, secured second place with a total score of 219 strokes, posting rounds of 111 and 108.
