From February 11-12, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Southest Florida Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Reese Woodbury from Stuart, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Woodbury brought in scores of 71 and 70 for a combined total of 141 for the weekend. Thomas Korona from Plantation, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 76 and 80 for a combined total of 156. Matthew Effron from Boca Raton, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 78 and 80 for a weekend total of 156.
Yale Feniger from Ottawa Hills, OH was the first-place finisher this weekend. Feniger brought in scores of 82 and 87 for a combined total of 169 for the weekend. William Serradet from Doral, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 105 and 105 for a combined total of 210.
William Richards from Miami, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Richards brought in scores of 78 and 76 for a combined total of 154 for the weekend. Cole Laffere from Miami, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 77 and 78 for a combined total of 155. Graham Bogdasarian from Ann Arbor, MI finished the top three honors with scores of 85 and 89 for a weekend total of 174.
