Savannah Junior Open
Savannah, GA – January 20, 2025 – The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the Savannah Junior Open
this past weekend, January 18-19, 2025, at The Club at Savannah Harbor in Savannah, GA. The
tournament featured a 36-hole format and included a strong field across multiple divisions: Boys 16-18,
Boys 14-15, Boys 12-13, and Girls 14-18.

Gavin Richardson from Concord, NH, finished in first place with an exceptional performance. Richardson
carded a steady 72 on Day 1 and an impressive 70 on Day 2, completing the weekend at 2-under-par with
a total of 142. Quentin Brooks from Savannah, GA, secured second place with rounds of 74 on Day 1 and
73 on Day 2, finishing at 3-over-par with a total of 147. Grant Taylor from Marietta, GA, rounded out the
top three with scores of 75 on Day 1 and 76 on Day 2, finishing with a total of 151.
