Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the Raleigh Junior Open this past weekend, August 16-17, at The Neuse Golf Club. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of 5 divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15, Division, Boys 12-13 Division, Boys 10-11 Division, and Girls 14-18 Division.
Cage Williams from Chapel Hill, NC was the first-place finisher this weekend after winning a 3-way tie playoff. Williams brought in scores of 77 and 76 for a weekend total of 153 strokes. Aiden Tai John Roberts from Pertaling Jaya, Malaysia was the runner up for the weekend. Tai John Roberts finished with scores of 79 and 74 for a weekend total of 153 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was William Neff from Fayetteville, NC. Neff finished the weekend with scores of 74 and 79 for a weekend total of 153 strokes.
Robbie Lamb from Pittsford, NY was the first-place finisher for the weekend. Lamb brought in scores of 73 and 77 for a weekend total of 150 strokes. Blake Waidlich from Keene, NH was the runner up for the weekend. Waidlich finished with scores of 77 and 80 for a weekend total of 157 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Nicolas Burgos from Raleigh, NC. Burgos brought in scores 79 and 82 for a weekend total of 161 strokes.
Parker Broaddus from Midlothian, VA was the first-place finisher for The Weeknd. Broaddus finished the weekend with scores of 74 and 76 for a weekend total of 150 strokes. Andrew Eatmon from Nashville, NC was the runner up for the weekend. Eatmon brought in scores of 83 and 80 for a weekend total of 163 strokes. Greyson Sevigny from Charlotte, NC rounded out the top three honors with scores of 81 and 86 for a final total of 167 strokes.
Bryce Tech from North Beach, MD was the first-place finisher for the weekend. Tech brought in scores of 68 and 81 for a weekend total of 149 strokes. Banks Rice from Wake Forest, NC was the runner up for the weekend. Rice finished with scores of 90 and 92 for a weekend total of 182 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Colton Morgan from Wendell, NC. Morgan finished the weekend with scores of 99 and 89 for a weekend total of 188 strokes.
Madison Muise from Greenville, NC was the first-place finisher for the weekend. Muise finished with scores of 86 and 90 for a weekend total of 176 strokes.
