From July 17-18, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Philadelphia Junior Open at Philmont. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, and Girls 14-18 Division.
Hunter Probst from Bear Creek, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Probst brought in scores of 69 and 71 for a combined total of 140 for the weekend. Caleb Walsh from Center Valley, PA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 73 and 73 for a combined total of 146. Gregor Weissenberger from Villanova, PA finished the top three honors with scores of 74 and 73 for a weekend total of 147.
Declan Conner from Swarthmore, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Conner brought in scores of 73 and 81 for a combined total of 154 for the weekend. Ryan Kelly from Harleysville, PA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 82 and 81 for a combined total of 163. Gregory Kriz from Oreland, PA finished the top three honors with scores of 81 and 83 for a weekend total of 164.
Preston Minio from Lansdale, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Minio brought in scores of 86 and 82 for a combined total of 168 for the weekend. Ethan Meersman from Fort Washington, PA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 86 and 82 for a combined total of 168. George Hampel from London, United Kingdom finished the top three honors with scores of 86 and 84 for a weekend total of 170.
