West Palm Beach, FL – December 31, 2024 – The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour proudly hosted the Orlando Holiday Classic this past weekend, December 26-27, 2024, at the PGA National Resort in West Palm Beach, Florida. The 36-hole tournament featured an impressive field of talented junior golfers competing across six divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys U10, Girls 14-18 and Girls U13.
Roland Wright from Sheperdstown, WV was the first place finisher this weekend. Wright finished the weekend with consistent scores of 73 on both days, for a weekend total of 146 strokes. Barton Rutledge from Scottsville, KY was the runner up this weekend bringing in scores of 74 and 73 for a weekend total of 147 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Juhana Seppanen from Jyvaskyla, Finland. Seppanen finished with scores of 71 and 78 for a weekend total of 149 strokes.
Fraser Walters from Aberlady, United Kingdom was the first place finisher for the weekend, out shooting his competition by 13 strokes. Walters finished the weekend with scores of 73 and 70 for a weekend total of 143 strokes. Axel Klint from Stockholm, Sweden was the runner up this weekend bringing in scores of 76 and 79 for a weekend total of 155 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Hagen Bensel and Drayden Lindsay. Both Bensel and Lindsay brought in scores of 157 for the weekend.
Alfie Turner from Stoke on Trent, United Kingdom was the first place finisher this weekend. Turner shot an impressive score of 140 strokes, with a day one score of 72 and a day two score of 68. Jayson Piermont from Geneva, Switzerland was the runner up this weekend bringing in scores of 72 and 70 for a weekend total of 142 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Adam Lauzon, Myles Mergler, and Parker Wells with scores of 157 for the weekend.
Stellan Raycroft was the first place finisher this weekend in the Boys U10 division. Raycroft finished the weekend with scores of 86 and 75 for a weekend total of 161 strokes.
Skylar Lee from Franklin Lakes, NJ was the first place finisher this weekend. Lee brought in scores of 74 and 76 for a weekend total of 150 strokes. Hailey Lim from Lake Oswego, OR was the runner up this weekend. Lim finished the weekend with scores of 81 and 77 for a combined total of 158 strokes. Roudning out the top three honors was Isabel Knickle from Washington, DC, DC. Knickle finished the weekend with scores of 79 and 82 for a weekend total of 161 strokes.
Alyna Yensabai from Lake Worth, FL was the first place finisher for the weekend. Yensabai brought in scores of 73 and 70 for a weekend total of 143 strokes. Zoey Sophia Papay from Kosice, Slovakia was the runner up this weekend with scores of 72 and 75, a weekend total of 147 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Mia Heuberer from Miami Beach, FL. Heuberer finished the weekend with scores of 69 and 79 for a combined total of 148 strokes.
