From April 22-23, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Pennsylvania Spring Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 27-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division. Only 9 holes were played during Round 1 on Saturday, April 22nd.
Andrew Ekstrom from York, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Ekstrom brought in scores of 37 and 73 for a combined total of 110 for the weekend. Samuel Breton Gagnon from Quebec City, Canada and Caleb Itzoe from Phoenix, MD tied for the runner ups for the weekend. Brenton Gagnon’s scores of 38 and 73 and Itzoe’s scores of 37 and 74 both combined to tie for a weekend total of 111.
Colby Komancheck from Royersford, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Komancheck brought in scores of 35 and 79 for a combined total of 114 for the weekend. Will Johnson from Berwyn, PA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 37 and 83 for a combined total of 120. Nicky Nemo from Bryn Mawr, PA finished the top three honors with scores of 41 and 81 for a weekend total of 122.
Dane Mohap from Nazareth, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Mohap brought in scores of 37 and 79 for a combined total of 116 for the weekend. Sebastian Meyer from South Abington Township, PA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 46 and 96 for a combined total of 142.
Liam Rotatori from Stamford, CT was the first-place finisher this weekend. Rotatori brought in scores of 35 and 84 for a combined total of 119 for the weekend.
Elena Zreik from Sleepy Hollow, NY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Zreik brought in scores of 33 and 78 for a combined total of 111 for the weekend. Stefania Fedun from Glenmoore, PA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 42 and 75 for a combined total of 117. Mia Poirier from Victoriaville, Canada finished the top three honors with scores of 40 and 79 for a weekend total of 119.
Grace Rotatori from Stamford, CT was the first-place finisher this weekend. Rotatori brought in scores of 51 and 97 for a combined total of 148 for the weekend.
