From April 23rd-24th, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Massachusetts Spring Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of four divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, and Girls 14-18 Division.

Samuel Breton Gagnon from Quebec City, Canada was the first-place finisher this weekend. Breton Gagnon brought in scores of 73 and 76 for a combined total of 149 for the weekend. Tyler Leyden from Glenside, PA was the runner-up this weekend with scores of 76 and 74 for a combined total of 150. Andrew Bilson from Lititz, PA finished with top three honors with scores of 74 and 78 for a weekend total of 152.
