NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Nashville Winter Junior Open, hosted by the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, brought an exciting weekend of competition to Hermitage Golf Club on November 8–9, 2025. Junior golfers from across the country braved crisp temperatures and swirling winds as they navigated one of Tennessee’s most challenging and historic layouts, showcasing grit, precision, and true HJGT competitive spirit.
In the Boys 16–18 Division, Jeremy “Luke” Diamond of Morristown, Tennessee, emerged victorious with a composed and disciplined performance, finishing at +4 (148) for the weekend. Diamond followed his opening-round 75 with a steady 73, managing the fast greens and firm fairways of Hermitage with veteran-like poise. His clutch iron play and confident putting down the stretch helped him hold off Trevor Youssi of Denver, Colorado, who finished second at +6 (150) after a strong final-round 72. Cole Harris of Bettendorf, Iowa, secured third at +8 (152), rounding out a talented and competitive top tier.
The Boys 14–15 Division saw a dominant showing from Connor Daniel of Bolivar, Tennessee, who captured the title at +12 (156) with rounds of 75 and 81. Daniel’s control off the tee and ability to minimize mistakes set him apart as he cruised to a 16-shot win over Whitt Kaster of Louisville, Kentucky at +28 (172). Jack Brooks of Cincinnati, Ohio, finished third at +30 (174) as the division showcased a blend of emerging talent from across the Midwest and Southeast.

The Boys 10–11 Division featured Harrison Gladin of Jeffersonville, Indiana, who battled the challenging conditions to earn his first HJGT victory, finishing with a two-day total of +86 (230). Gladin’s perseverance and consistent effort over 36 holes reflected the spirit and dedication that define the tour’s youngest competitors.
On the girls’ side, Sydney Hunt of Peoria, Illinois, delivered an exceptional weekend of golf to secure the Girls 14–18 Division championship with rounds of 83 and 77 for a +16 (160) total. Alexis Cipriano of College Grove, Tennessee, placed third at +27 (171), as the division featured a deep and competitive field.
