Central Florida Junior Open at Stonegate
Learn More
Stonegate Golf Club at Solivita
The Boys 10-11 division at the Central Florida Junior Open may have been small in size, but it still reflected what the weekend at Stonegate Golf Club at Solivita was all about: handling a demanding golf course with patience, focus, and composure. Eric Jiang stood alone in the division and still had to earn every shot, finishing with rounds of 79 and 78 to post a two-day total of 13-over par. What makes that result meaningful is that Stonegate did not ease up for any division. The course required discipline and steady execution throughout the weekend, and Jiang answered with back-to-back competitive rounds that showed consistency and maturity. Even without a large field around him, the challenge remained the golf course itself, and that is always the right measuring stick in junior competition. For the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, that matters. Every player deserves a tournament environment that feels real, structured, and challenging, regardless of division size. Stonegate provided that setting, giving young players an opportunity to test themselves in genuine tournament conditions and continue building confidence through competition. Eric Jiang’s performance gave the Boys 10-11 division a deserving champion and added to another solid HJGT weekend in Central Florida.

Dallas Spring Junior Open at Watters Creek

Watters Creek - The Traditions Course
The Boys 10-11 division at the Dallas Spring Junior Open captured what the weekend at Watters Creek was all about—staying with the round, handling a difficult golf course, and finishing the job. Nolan Oswald earned the division title with rounds of 91 and 97, finishing at 44-over par over two days. For a young player, that kind of result is about more than the number on the card. Watters Creek clearly played tough across every division, and the challenge for players in this age group is learning how to stay composed, keep competing, and manage the course one shot at a time. Oswald did that well enough to complete the weekend and come away with the win, which is exactly what tournament golf at this stage should help build—resilience, patience, and confidence through real competition. For the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, this division still served its purpose. Every player deserves a structured event environment that feels legitimate and developmental, and Watters Creek provided that. Nolan Oswald’s performance gave the Boys 10-11 division its champion and added to a weekend where the golf course made every player work for it.

Union Hills Country Club
PHOENIX, Ariz. — Noah Blue Eyes delivered a strong two-day performance to capture the Boys 10–11 title at the Spring Break Desert Junior Open, finishing with a total of 11-over 155 at Union Hills Country Club. Blue Eyes opened the tournament with a 79 and followed it with an impressive 76 in the final round, improving by three shots to close out the victory. His steady play across both days allowed him to separate from the field and secure the championship. Maxwell Silversher finished second at 71-over 215 after rounds of 104 and 111. The Boys 10–11 division, like the rest of the tournament, was shaped by the demands of Union Hills Country Club. The course required patience and focus, and Blue Eyes responded by maintaining control of his game throughout the weekend and finishing with the lowest scores in the division. His win added another title performance to the Spring Break Desert Junior Open and highlighted the competitive opportunities the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour continues to provide for junior golfers across all age divisions.

Stoneybrook West Golf Club
WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — Travis Reaves closed with authority at the Stoneybrook Spring Break Junior Open, firing an even-par 72 in the final round to capture the Boys 10-11 title with a two-day total of 6-over 150 at Stoneybrook West Golf Club. After opening the tournament with a 78, Reaves came back on Sunday with the best round of the division and one of the sharpest closing scores posted by any age group during the weekend. His final-round 72 gave him a 20-shot victory and turned the division into one of the most decisive finishes of the event. Eric Jiang finished second at 26-over 170 after rounds of 92 and 78. Jiang also made a strong final-round improvement, cutting 14 shots off his opening-round score, but Reaves’ even-par finish left no opening for the field. The Boys 10-11 division may have been small, but the story was clear. Reaves elevated his game in the second round, handled the course with confidence, and delivered a closing performance that stood out across the tournament. On a weekend where Stoneybrook West Golf Club rewarded players who could stay composed and finish strong, Reaves did exactly that. His win added another standout moment to the Stoneybrook Spring Break Junior Open and reinforced the kind of competitive environment the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour works to create — one where players are pushed to improve, respond, and close like champions.
