Orlando, FL – December 23, 2024 – The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour proudly hosted the Orlando Holiday Classic this past weekend, December 21-22, 2024, at the Kissimmee Bay Country Club in Kissimmee, Florida. The 36-hole tournament featured an impressive field of talented junior golfers competing across four divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, and Girls 14-18.
Gabriel Pisciandaro, from Ovideo, FL, secured first place with a stellar performance after winning in a playoff against Jiwon Jung. Pisciandaro finished the weekend with scores of 75-round one, and 73-round two for a combined total of 148 strokes. Runner-up honors went to Jiwon Jung from Incheon, Republic of Korea. Jung finished the weekend with scores of 77 and 71, making it a tight finish by forcing a playoff. Rounding out the top three honors was Seughwa Baek from Cheonan-si, Republic of Korea. Baek finished with scores of 77 and 73 for a final total of 150 strokes.
Ingi Rafn William Davidsson from Keflavik, Iceland took home the first-place honors for the weekend. Davidsson brought in scores of 87-round one and 98-round two for a weekend total of 185 strokes. Rounding out second place was George Hampel from Wayne, PA. Hampel finished the weekend with scores of 87 and 104 for a total of 191 strokes.
Kai Ryu Purnamasidi, from Jakarta, Indonesia took home the champions title this weekend. Purnamasidi finished the weekend with scores of 105 both days totaling a 210 on the weekend.
Tiffanie Tran from Bradenton, FL finished the weekend as a champion. Tran brought in scores of 79 and 77 for a weekend total of 156 strokes. Shreya Suresh from Winter Garden, FL was crown runner up after finishing round one with a score of 80 and round two, 81. Suresh finished the weekend with a total score of 161 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Ciana Tzuo, from New York, NY. Tzuo finished the weekend with scores of 77 and 87 for a weekend total of 164.
