Ontario Summer Kickoff
From June 11-12, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Ontario Summer Kickoff. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.

Ryan Chen from North York, Canada was the first-place finisher this weekend. Chen brought in scores of 75 and 78 for a combined total of 153 for the weekend. Matthew Ritter from East Amherst, New York was the runner-up this weekend with scores of 80 and 83 for a combined total of 163. Carl-Hanns Arndt from Oakville, Canada and Peter Carnegie from Cambridge, Canada finished the top three honors with scores of 84 and 83, and 82 and 84, respectively, for a weekend total of 167.
