From March 30-31, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the Northeast Florida Junior Open presented by Amelia Island CVB. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format and with a field of three divisions, including the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division and Girls 14-18 Division.
Wasuwarich Sirasuphakorn from Bangkok, Thailand was the first-place finisher of the Northeast Florida Junior Open presented by Amelia Island CVB. Sirasuphakorn scored 77 and 76, giving him a combined total of 153 strokes. Ratchasak Surasujja from Bangkok, Thailand was the runner up, shooting 78 and 76 to finish with 154 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Jack Mast from Millersburg, OH. Mast scored 78 and 79, giving him a combined total of 157 strokes.
Parker Adler from Gaffney, SC was the first-place finisher of the Boys 14-15 Division. Adler scored 90 and 91, giving him a combined total of 181 strokes. Marcus Beun from Millersburg, OH was the runner up, shooting 92 and 100 to finish with 192 strokes.
Bryn Krosse from York, PA was the first-place finisher of the Girls 14-18 Division after winning a tiebreaker playoff against Elle Marie Reisner from Braselton, GA. Both competitors scored 156 strokes, with Krosse shooting 79 and 77 while Reisner shot 78 in both rounds. Rounding out the leaderboard was Sienna Mosquera from Southampton, Bermuda. Mosquera scored 82 and 77, giving her a total of 159 strokes.
