From August 3-4, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Myrtle Beach Summer Junior Open at Tradition. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of three divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, and Girls 14-18 Division.

Armaan Thapar from Mumbai, India was the first-place finisher this weekend. Thapar brought in scores of 75 and 75 for a combined total of 150 for the weekend. Wyatt Hightower from Chapin, SC was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 78 and 77 for a combined total of 155.
