From April 8-9, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Mission Inn Spring Junior Open The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Will Browning from Orlando, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Browning brought in scores of 79 and 73 for a combined total of 153 for the weekend. Caleb Davies from Langley, Canada and Lucas Smith from Hamilton, Canada tied for the runner up for the weekend. Davies’ scores of 76 and 77 and Smith’s scores of 72 and 81 both combined to tie for a weekend total of 153.
Hank Kancher from Philadelphia, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Kancher brought in scores of 78 and 80 for a combined total of 158 for the weekend. Abhay Minhas from Burnaby, Canada was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 74 and 84 for a combined total of 158. Kancher defeated Minhas in a playoff to take home first-place. Santiago Navarro from Winter Garden, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 81 and 80 for a weekend total of 161.
Peter Sirianni was the first-place finisher this weekend. Sirianni brought in scores of 82 and 96 for a combined total of 178 for the weekend. Drew Brink from Winter Springs, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 95 and 105 for a combined total of 200.
Adam Stepaniuk from George Town, Cayman Islands was the first-place finisher this weekend. Stepaniuk brought in scores of 95 and 103 for a combined total of 198 for the weekend.
Ava Zhang from Lake Mary, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Zhang brought in scores of 80 and 78 for a combined total of 158. for the weekend. Annie Jin from Bellevue, WA and Yui Iijima from Tokyo, Japan tied for the runner up for the weekend. Jin’s scores of 82 and 76 and Iijima’s scores of 80 and 78 both combined for a weekend total of 158. Zhang defeated both Jin and Iijima in a playoff to take home first-place.
Jewel Lafleche from Winnipeg, Canada was the first-place finisher this weekend. Lafleche brought in scores of 87 and 91 for a combined total of 178 for the weekend.
