From April 2nd-3rd, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Mesa Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of four divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.

Quinn Earwood from Platte City, MO was the first-place finisher this weekend. Earwood brought in scores of 77 and 72 for a combined total of 149 for the weekend. Ryan Orourke from West Bloomfield, MI was the runner-up this weekend with scores of 75 and 76 for a combined total of 151. Landon Durham from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL finished top three honors with scores of 78 and 74 for a weekend total of 152.
