Memphis Summer Junior Open
From July 16-17, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Memphis Summer Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10, and Girls 14-18 Division.

Chance Elston, from Collierville, Tennessee was the first-place finisher this weekend. Elston brought in scores of 75 and 70 or a combined total of 145 for the weekend. Edwards Settle, from Nashville, Tennessee was the runner up with scores of 77 and 75 for a combined total of 152. Brooks Vangilder, from Marmaduke, Arkansas finished the top three honors with scores of 83 and 82 for a weekend total of 165.
