Massachusetts Summer Junior Open
From July 2-3, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tourheld the Massachusetts Summer Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, andGirls Under 13 Division.

Evan Buddenhagen from Gloucester, Massachusetts was the first-place finisher this weekend. Buddenhagen brought in scores of 34 and76 for a combined total of 110 for the weekend. Tony Novack from Middleton, Massachusetts was the runner-up with scores of 39 and 75 for a combined total of 114. Miles Buddenhagen from Gloucester, Massachusetts and Andrew TeDuits from Charlestown, Massachusetts finished the top three honors with scores of 42and 75, and 40 and 77, respectively, for a weekend total of 117 each.
