Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted Major Championship at Village Golf Course this past weekend, May 31- June 1, at Village Golf Course. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of 4 divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15, Division, Boys 12-13 Division, and Girls 14-18 Division.
Davis Daigle from Tampa, FL claimed first place this weekend with rounds of 78 and 73, finishing with a total score of 151. Jason Brockmann from Boca Raton, FL and Christopher Zambito from West Palm Beach, FL were both tied for second place, each posting a total score of 152. Brockmann recorded rounds of 73 and 79, while Zambito carded rounds of 75 and 77.
Lucas Starr from Orlando, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Starr brought in scores of 76 and 77 for a weekend total of 153. Jad Mourine of Rabat, Morocco and Gerardo Zepeda of Boca Raton, FL were tied for second place each posting a total score of 154. Mourine brought in scores of 75 and 79, while Zepeda carded rounds of 76 and 78.
Nathan Wallen from Jupiter, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Wallen brought in scores of 80 and 75 for a combined total of 155 for the weekend. Kevin Kenny III was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 87 and 74 for a combined total of 161. Maxime Moser finished in third place with scores of 78 and 85 for a weekend total of 163.
Bretton Mackiewicz from Longwood, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Mackiewicz brought in scores of 73 and 80 for a combined total of 153. Kai Trump from Palm Beach Gardens, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 74 and 80 for a combined total of 154. Briel Royce from Lake Nona, FL was the third-place finisher with scores of 80 and 76 for a total of 156.
