From October 7-8, 2023, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Major Championship at Prairie Lakes. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Brayden Sheehan from Orchard Park, NY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Sheehan brought in scores of 86 and 75 for a combined total of 161 for the weekend.
