From July 16-17, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Major Championship at Fox Hollow. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.

Jacob de Jesus was the first-place finisher this weekend after beating John Stevenson in a playoff match. de Jesus, from Bridgewater, New Jersey brought in scores of 74 and 72 for a combined total of 146 for the weekend. Stevenson, from Ambler, Pennsylvania was the runner up with scores of 73 and 73 for a combined total of 146. Matthew McClenon, from Niskayuna, New York finished the top three honors with scores of 76 and 73 for a weekend total of 149.
